1. Guests are kindly requested to present a valid passport or Citizen ID card for check-in procedures at the Reception desk.

2. Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is by 12:00 (noon). Early check-in (before 14:00) or late check-out (after 12:00) is subject to availability and will incur additional charges according to the hotel's policy. Please contact
the Reception desk for assistance if needed.

3. The hotel is only responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables that are deposited with the Reception desk and for which a formal receipt has been issued.

4. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, ammunition, explosives, inflammable materials, narcotics, pets, or pungent-smelling food into the rooms. Cooking, laundering, and hanging laundry on the balcony are strictly prohibited.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and all non-smoking areas. A cleaning fee of 500,000 VND will be applied for each violation.

6. Any form of gambling, prostitution, or use of illegal drugs and stimulants within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited under Vietnamese Law.

7. Guests are requested to meet their visitors in the Lobby area. In special cases, visitors going up to guest rooms must present valid identification at the Reception desk and must depart before 21:00.

8. Guests are responsible for the proper use and preservation of all hotel equipment and facilities. In the event of damage or loss of hotel property, compensation will be required as per the hotel’s price list.

9. Before departing, please settle all outstanding bills and return the room key card to the Reception desk. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost key cards according to hotel regulations.

10. All guests must commit to complying with the hotel regulations during their stay. The use of narcotics, prostitution, and disorderly conduct—such as loud shouting, fighting, physical assault, or disrespectful behavior towards staff—is not tolerated. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without a refund for any paid or pre-booked nights.
